Delta Aluminium

Rigorous Quality Control

Delta Aluminium is committed to quality, holding certifications such as CE, SR EN ISO 9001, and SR EN ISO 14001. These standards, coupled with advanced testing equipment like the ZWICK tester machine, guarantee reliable and high-quality products.

The control of aluminum profiles is an essential process for ensuring their quality and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. This process involves multiple stages and techniques to verify both the physical and mechanical characteristics of the aluminum profiles.

  • Delta Aluminium subjects its products to meticulous scrutiny at every production stage.
  • Cutting-edge technology and advanced methodologies ensure comprehensive assessment.
  • Highly trained quality assurance professionals conduct exhaustive inspections and tests.
  • State-of-the-art equipment and precision instrumentation guarantee adherence to standards.

Raw Material Selection

Delta Aluminium’s commitment to excellence begins with meticulous raw material selection.

  • The company sources only the finest materials available on the market.
  • Strategic partnerships with trusted suppliers ensure adherence to stringent quality standards.
  • Rigorous evaluations guarantee materials align with Delta Aluminium’s exacting requirements.
  • Prioritization of sustainability through ethical sourcing and responsible practices, employing processes with low-emissions and reduced environmental footprint.

Superior Quality Assurance

Visual Inspection:

  • Checking the external appearance to identify any surface defects, such as scratches, cracks, bubbles, or other imperfections.
  • Confirming the uniformity of the finish and color (if the profiles are anodized or painted).

Dimensional Measurements:

  • Using precise measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check the dimensions of the profiles according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Controlling the wall thickness, width, and length of the profiles.

Mechanical and Metallographic Testing:

  • Tensile tests to measure the tensile strength and elongation of the profiles.
  • Compression and stress tests to evaluate the behavior of the profiles under different types of mechanical stress.

Chemical Composition Analysis:

  • Conducting spectroscopic tests to verify the chemical composition of the aluminum alloy.
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications related to the percentages of alloying elements (copper, magnesium, silicon, etc.).

Surface Quality Testing:

  • Checking the thickness and adhesion of the coating or anodizing layer (if applicable).
  • Corrosion resistance tests to ensure the durability of the profiles in aggressive environmental conditions.
  • Evaluating the finish and uniformity of the paint layer (if the profiles are painted).

Geometric Control:

  • Verifying the conformity of the profiles with the specified shapes and tolerances.
  • Using optical instruments or 3D scanners to compare the profiles with CAD models.
